When we desire something, Anything! We must first imagine, then plan for action!
Daily consistent actions pointing in the right direction will get you to your destination, but daily consistent actions in what may seem like the wrong direction will bring life’s experiences. If you consistently work towards and focus on your goal, one day will come when you are ready and open, and the path will open up and you will find yourself on the right course with prosperity at your door.
I think it was Rosevelt who once said in regards to making decisions that “The #1 best decision you can make is the Right One. The #2 best decision you can make is the Wrong One. The worst decision you can make is None At All!
Don’t make no decision at all, make a decision today to improve your life and make a change in what has not been bringing you to your desired results.
Seek out help from people who are getting results and follow everything they direct you to do and you WILL have success.
The key is to remain open to learning something new, taking on new experiences, new opportunities until you find a home that will bring you to where you want to be and trusting in those who are ready and willing to help you.
When what you’re doing is bringing forth what you desire, stick with it and press forward. If it’s not bringing forth what you desire, it may be time to buy a new vehicle.

Are Systems REALLY Duplicatable?

Team Building vs Business Building (This Changed EVERYTHING)

“How do I attract QUALIFIED people into my business?”
That’s easy, Qualify them!
I’ll teach you how to do this later in this post.
I’ve discussed many times about how this is a Relationship Business. I’ve also talked recently about Teamwork and very briefly explained its role in our business.
Today I want to teach you something that IF applied, will change EVERYTHING about your business.
But first I would like to share a story.
Why Doesn’t This Work?
My first two years in the industry were VERY hard. I had no clue what I was doing. I was looking for the next best thing all the time. Until I found Mentoring For Free. I won’t go into any details about Mentoring For Free in this post, but it really helped get me on the right track to finally achieving my goals and I’ll tell you why.
Slow Down! Focus! and BE ALL IN!
I’m a blue personality (Click Here to learn the personality colors for Free) and that basically means “I’m a Scatter Brain“…lol
I couldn’t focus long enough to get ANYTHING accomplished. I was going in 72 directions all at the same time. I would have 13 browsers open at all times, two of which were actually business related. I felt I was always busy but never getting anything accomplished.
Micheal – The founder of Mentoring For Free, always told us blues to SLOW DOWN, Stop the chatter in your mind, and FOCUS.
It took me quite a while to accomplish that, but I’ve finally got to a pretty steady and focused point in my business and I thank him for encouraging me to do that. Now that I’m focused, I can really be productive in what I do online and how I interact with prospects, clients, and business partners.
“The Mindset That Changed EVERYTHING”
You read that right! Mindset changed everything! Mentoring For Free is an amazing system, but until I had the right mindset, even IT wasn’t good enough to get me to where I wanted to be.
You will need to take what I’m about to say next VERY seriously! I would not be sharing this if it didn’t have some great impact on me and my business.
The concept that changed it for me was Team Building vs Business Building.
Here’s what I mean.
We’re in the business of building TEAMS of people all doing the same thing. PERIOD!
One thing you NEED to understand is that your team IS the business! Treat them like Gold. Build them up. Respect them. Focus on your TEAM! and EVERYONE is your team, potentially. Everything else falls into place from there. Every person you come in contact with who is in your targeted field will potentially be on your team in the near future.
What Do YOU need to do?
Treat them as though they were already on your team. Don’t try to pitch them, don’t try to recruit them, instead, Coach, Mentor, and Train them so that when they ARE ready to join you in your business, they will already be qualified to build it.
This is what changed Everything for me.
From my own personal experience in applying this simple and VERY effective Technique and Mindset, I’ve discovered that 97% of people are failing online. If you’ve coached, mentored, and trained them with the skills they need to build the business, when they get fed up with their company, THEY will come to YOU! Why? People join people, It’s that simple! Because you’ve been there WITHOUT pitching or selling anything, they will trust you and they will want to do business with you because you’ve proven yourself to be a good mentor. You’ve brought VALUE to them.
If you see everyone as already being part of your team, you will build them up, coach them, mentor them, and treat them with the respect any human being deserves. You will NEVER have to pitch you deal because they’re already on your team (Figuretively speaking)
A leaving note: Don’t focus on having people feel good about YOU. Focus rather on having them feel good when they’re around you by making them feel good about Themselves.

Competition vs Cooperation

What has changed in the years that could be of benefit to you or someone you know in the Network Marketing field?
Knowing the difference between “competition” and “cooperation”!
In the New Age of Network Marketing there are many things that can help in your success. I want to speak of one that will not only affect your short term success, but also and especially your long term success.
This post will bring you just that much closer to achieving financial freedom within the Network Marketing industry.
Yes, the Network Marketing world is competitive, BUT… there is something you need to realize. You need to have the numbers working FOR you, not AGAINST you.
Let me explain:
People are bombarded by deals being pitched to them on a daily basis. Would you agree that when the majority are all using the same tactic, it kind of loses its value?
The answer is YES!
Also, the statistics show that 155,000 people join a Network Marketing company every week. They also show that 97% of those people will be failing.
That means there are 150,350 people every week looking for answers.
So why would you go around pitching your deal to everyone you meet?
You need to stand out amongst the competition. If people are looking for answers, give them answers, NOT opportunities. That’s where the competition is - Standing out amongst the rest.
Ask Yourself:
- What makes you different?
- Why should anyone listen to you, let alone do business with you?
Every time they receive a call from someone with whom they’ve opted in, it’s usually to pitch them on their deal or to get some kind of money from them.
Well… I don’t do that. In fact I tell them to put their credit card in the freezer until I get them EDUCATED. I truly believe that “Education does way with Desperation” and no one can make an intelligent decision in a state of desperation. One of my most recent clients that I’ve been working with for about a week now was just waiting for the moment that I’d “PITCH” him on my deal. Well… I’ve spoken with him approx. 10 times and still NO PITCH! He then decided he would speak to one of my other clients (The one who refered him to me) and he asked “You’ve been working with him for a while now, has he pitched you on his deal yet?” My client told him “I’ve been working with Luc for about 1 month now and he hasn’t yet pitched me on his deal, but I’ll tell you what he did do! He’s been giving me A LOT of great information that has helped me in MY business.”
I build relationships with people. I coach, mentor, and instruct them on how to succeed. I teach them the applicable laws (You know, the ones you can go to jail for if you’re not following) to the Network Marketing industry. Just knowing these laws will save you from YEARS of failure and frustration. It will keep you safe from almost all scams.
I also teach what we call “The Five Pillars For Your Success” which teaches you the five keys necessary and “Crucial” for your success.
When people find out they’re in an illegal pyramid scheme, two things happen:
- They feel horrible for falling for it and…
- They feel relief that their lack of success wasn’t their fault.
This brings hope again to their lives. It brings their dreams back into full activity.
This is what I do, I stand out from the competition and I mentor people with “No Agenda” and I bring hope back into their lives. A coaching call with a client could last 5 minutes or 1 hour, it really all depends on the person I’m coaching. THAT is mentoring with no agenda.
People know “TRUTH” when they hear it and I speak nothing but truth when I’m on the phone with a client. That’s one of the major reasons I am where I am in my business. Another reason is that I truly care about the people I serve and just want what’s best for them. Most people ask to join me in my business, but some don’t. Some people rather surf the internet all day looking for affiliate programs and hoping to find the next best thing and that’s perfectly fine. I’m glad to be able to help them in any way I can . I NEVER ask someone to join my business. THAT’S what this industry is all about – Helping people achieve their goals. “THEIR” goals, NOT yours. When you help others achieve their goals, yours just seem to take care of themselves.
Quick summary
You need to:
- Be giving
- NOT pitch people on your deal
- Be a Mentor with a servant’s heart
- Coach people on TRUE proven principles
- Coach people with No agenda
- Be caring and sincere about helping them succeed
- Just be yourself!

How to Become Your Desired YOU!

“If you can dream it, YOU can achieve it!”
How do you “BECOME” the person you desire to become?
There are basically 3 simple steps needed in order for you to become your desired you and be successful in network marketing or any life endeavor. Hopefully this post will help you get that much closer to your desired destination.
The three steps are to:
- Believe
- Prepare
- Become
If you follow these 3 simple steps, you will reach your goal indefinitely.
Note: I said simple, NOT easy!
Having the correct MLM techniques/MLM strategies will make it easier, but work is still required to get there.
Believe
Before ever reaching your goal, you must first believe you’re going to make it there.
You must see it in your mind’s eye, visualize it in every detail.
A few questions that you can ask yourself to get a clearer picture of what you’re trying to envision:
- Where are you? (In a house, car, outside, Florida, Puerto Rico, etc….)
- What does it look like? (Look at the colors, what’s all around you? Trees, sun, clouds, stars, etc…)
- What does it feel like? (Pay attention to the feelings you have inside you. Touch everything around you and feel it as though it was real.)
- What does it smell like? (If you’re surrounded by flowers, smell them. You may even want to get yourself some of the same flowers to place in the room in which you do your visualization.)
These are all questions that NEED answering for you to catch the complete vision of your goal. You also need to visualize it regularly, as though you already had it, to get to your derised destination.
Note: It will be hard to get the true feel of your vision at first but, if you stick with it, it will become more and more real to you.
The next step in the process of attaining your goal is just as important.
Prepare
Ok, so you’re visualizing yourself already there, is that it? Is this all you need to do to get to your desired destination?
Not quite!
Now you need to prepare. You need to do the “action” part of the process.
To finally be in your desired state, what are the steps needed to become that person?
The first thing you need is a “Mentor”, a person who’s committed to helping you succeed and obtain your goals; someone who is already in that position or at least closer to it than you are. It’s important to have a mentor who is doing it TODAY! If your mentor built something 5-10-20 years ago, do you think there’s a chance it might not work anymore? You bet! So make sure they’re using proven techniques that they’re applying today. Also, make sure your mentor is not driven by money. Make sure they’re driven by a greater cause, like actually helping others to obtain their goals. I tell my clients all the time “Forget about the money, it will come. Help others, and the rest will take care of itself”. I live by this standard and so should you. I will cover the qualities of a good mentor in a later post. Suffice it to say that having a good mentor is one of the most important keys to your success, so make sure to choose wisely.
Once you’ve found a mentor, you need to prepare yourself to enter into the state or position of which you will be in when you’ve obtained your goal. This preparation is 60% self-development, 25% relationship bulding, and 15% skills and marketing development. You need to be prepared mentally to enter a higher state of living than that of which you are living today. You need to become a leader. If you already think of yourself a leader, you’ll need to work on becoming a greater one; a leader NEVER stops growing. I will cover the qualities and attributes of a leader in a later post.
5 Keys to “Preparing” to Become Your Desired YOU
And this leads us to the last step of the process of attaining our goals.
Become
Whoever or wherever you want to be has to be accomplished before you get there. Let me explain. You will not get there at the push of a button as so many will have you believe. Success will only come through much personal growth and by giving it all you’ve got. It will also only come when you are making the correct actions daily. You need to be doing what you would as if you were already in that position. Only then will you be in a sufficient state of mind and making the correct actions to maintain that position. Continue to pay the dues and the time will come, maybe sooner than later, when you will have become the person you’ve desired to be. If you treat this like a hobby, it will pay like a hobby. But if you choose this to be your career (Yes, network marketing can and SHOULD be a career) you will get paid accordingly. This can be one of the most rewarding careers you’ll have ever taken part in.
A quick warning note: Make sure you’re not climbing the wrong ladder. If you want to succeed, you need to have as many things working in your favor as possible.
You will need:
- The correct information.
-In order to make a correct decision, you will need the correct information. - The proper tools.
-Training and equipment that are proven and up-to-date (that are producing results TODAY; not 20 years ago!) - The proper support.
-You will need a mentor and a support group who have overcome the trials you’re facing and are willing to bring you through them, or even better, around them. - A desire to grow and be continually learning.
-Figure out “WHY” you’re doing this and always work toward perfecting yourself and the skills/strategies that you’re learning.
If you follow the process of “Believe, Prepare, Become” you will make it to your desired destination. Become the person you want to be TODAY. You cannot solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it. So start today to learn “HOW” to think, not just “WHAT” to think! Learn the correct knowledge and principles you need to succeed. Once you realize it’s not only WHAT you think, but HOW you think that makes the difference, you will begin to see the changes unfold right before your eyes and the blessings of success will be at your door.
